Job Description• Post sales support including training, on-site support, hotline support etc. • Provide telephone support on technical trouble shootings • Travel to customer sites to supervise and troubleshoot Point to Point radios & supporting equipment. • Handle RMA & manage trials • Plan & execute Projects with partners
Skill Required• Degree in Telecommunication/ Electric & Electronic Engineering • 2-4 years experience in Point to point Microwave arena • Have a deep understanding of RF propagation • Hands-on experience in installation & Commissioning of Microwave radio • Independent & have sub-con supervision ability. • Must have field trouble shooting experience • Able to communicate in English • Able to travel on short notice
