| Skill Required | - Minimum 10 years experience
- Graduated in Nuclear Engineering, familiar with Reactor Engineering, and Reactor Thermal-hydraulic and safety analysis, Including Probabilistic Safety/Risk Analysis.
- Familiar with requirements on reactor thermal-hydraulic and safety analysis in accordance with regulations on nuclear safety in US and France, especially requirements on Probabilistic Safety Analysis and Risk Assessment.
- Participated in audit, inspection and review with nuclear safety authorities, OSART, EGS, PEER REVIEW.
- Fluent English
- In addition, the expert should have very good experience and working background in the fields as follows:
Experienced in methodologies of PSA level 1 & 2 analysis of nuclear engineering, and familiar with all methods of analysis such as thermal-hydraulic analysis, system reliability analysis, analysis for human error initiating events, severe accident analysis, containment related analysis, and source term analysis code; experienced in probabilistic safety analysis and risk assessment including initiating event analysis, accident sequence analysis, system reliability analysis, analysis for human error initiating events, reliability data analysis, etc.
Proficient in using any of following software such as Risk-spectrum, THEMIS, FLICA, CATHARE, RELAP5 and familiar with related analysis code and procedure.
