| Company Description | The consultant who is a local national needs to travel to customer location in Shanghai for 2 or 3 days to support user acceptance testing, and then another 3 or 4 days travel to train or support the training in Shanghai, Beijing and other location. Otherwise consultant can work remotely from China. Initially consultant can work remotely from home based location in China and work with US team in understanding the process design. Expenses will be paid for travel to customer location.
Project background and the process:
CRM is already implemented for US, Canada and Latin America divisions of the customer. The current project is to roll-out the existing functionality to China division. The project involves installing the Chinese languages and extending the config to China division.

| Job Description | CRM skills required:
1. Basic config experience in Lead management, opportunity management organization structure and account management.
2. Very good understanding on lead to opportunity process and need to be business savvy.
3. Experience in CRM web-ui (CRM 2007 if possible).
4. Very good communication skills in both English and Chinese languages.

| Skill Required | US based implementation team will responsible for China division specific config and Chinese language install.
1. The local Chinese speaking consultant will need to understand the design, and solution done by US team.
2. Also, help Customer to translate the training documents (done in English) to Chinese language.
3. Validate the Chinese language install by running the Lead, opportunity, activity, and account transactions in Chinese language.
4. Support user acceptance testing.
5. Need to be available and support user training in Shanghai, Beijing, and any other locations (yet to know) in China.
6. and do post go-live user support.
Please note the consultant will not be doing any config in the system. The US based team will take care of that.
Initially consultant can work remotely from the location they are based and work with US team in understanding the process design.
