| Job Description | Under the leadership of the Project Manager, the Assistant will be entirely responsible of the project's production, planning and statistics, the full coordination and management of the project’s different departments, subcontractors, construction teams, workshops and different construction areas as well as in charge of the Engineering Department and Electromechanical Department;
Coordinate and manage resources such as construction equipments, goods and materials, labor force etc., to achieve managerial goals for construction quality, schedule, etc.;
Communicate with the Contractor Planning Adviser of the Technical Assistance team; to communicate with the partner company that carries out the civil works of different units of the on-site construction management;
Assist the Construction Manager; to check and supervise the work of the quality management, to monitor essential factors of the quality system and take effective steps to implement quality improvement measures, so as to ensure the effective implementation of the project’s QA Manual; |
