| Job Description | Guide team members to write high-quality MRD for products, instruct the team to carry out product development efficiently; ensure the accurate understanding of R & D department
Research, monitor and analyze competitors' action timely and accurately, and make corresponding countermeasures
Close cooperation with R&D team during the R&D process, tracking developing progress and making plans for product release and promotion;
Monitor customer services, identify in time and actively facilitate the R&D Team to solve problems concerning user experiences;
Hold development direction and structure level of product and participate in discussions and decision-making of a variety of products;

| Skill Required | At least 3 years experience in product planning and management with well-known community website; SNS website background is a plus;
Enthusiastic with Internet, team player and effective communicator;
Good command of written and oral communication skills.
