Company Description
Job Description	Reporting to the Director of General Audit in the Headquarters, this position plans, conducts and reports on internal audits in China, in the following fields: review, analysis and testing of internal control systems; review of compliance with company and regulatory policies and procedures; and validation testing of balance sheet and income statement accounts. Key responsibilities: develop audit conclusions, generate recommendations for process improvements, prepare reports and presentations, supervise conduct of selected audit site activities and provide onsite technical and administrative direction/training to other auditors. Besides, the person will also participate in greenbelt, Six Sigma, acquisition and SAP projects. This position requires travel (ca.50%) to global locations, but mainly in China.
Skill Required	• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance • CPA, chartered accountant or equivalent • 5 years in audit and finance positions, including cross-border experience, ideally gained both at an audit firm and company side • Working knowledge of internal control concepts and US GAAP • Fluency in English • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong presentation and written and oral communications skills • Capability of managing and performing several projects concurrently • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to act as a member of a team and interact with all levels of plant, staff and management personnel
